[ServingSuggestion] => Enjoy this wine at room temperature, with lamb shank tagine, veggie Indian burger and vegetable stew such as Ratatouille.

[WineMakingNotes] => In order to provide the best possible flavours in this Cabernet Sauvignon, our experts regularly taste the grapes before they decide on the best moment to harvest the fruit. After the harvest, the grapes are destemmed, crushed and sent to macerate for about four weeks. This long process is ideal to extract the fruity character of the varietal. The wine is tasted daily by our experts, to ensure they get a nice structure with supple tannins.

In order to provide the best possible flavours in this Cabernet Sauvignon, our experts regularly taste the grapes before they decide on the best moment to harvest the fruit. After the harvest, the grapes are destemmed, crushed and sent to macerate for about four weeks. This long process is ideal to extract the fruity character of the varietal. The wine is tasted daily by our experts, to ensure they get a nice structure with supple tannins.
