England

A truly emerging country. The rolling hills of the South Downs, grazed by cows and sheep in the past are now crammed full of rows of vines, producing some exciting cool climate wines that are shaking the still and sparkling scene up globally. Despite still having a  small production, the quality of these wines has created enough buzz for us to wake up and list an estate from Sussex, centred on the much discussed, chalky extension of the Paris Basin.
