Chateau Saint George Cote Pavie, Saint-Emilion

"The vineyard, planted on south-facing clay-limestone and molasse soil, is tilled meticulously under each vine foot. During the growing season, green harvesting helps to manage yields and leaf-thinning to optimize the concentration of sugar in the grapes. After a manual harvest and gentle vinification, the wine is aged in French oak barrels, of which a third are new. This proportion allows the wine to preserve its natural elegance, body and distinction. Château Saint Georges Côte Pavie can be cellared for a number of years, particularly in great vintages."
