We met Clemence in 2020. She and her husband Baptiste Dubrulle are the fourth generation to make wines here. The style is relatively traditional, with a generous bouyancy about the wines. Open expressions, a welcome embrace! Their vineyards are 'future proofed' against climate change with east and north/east facing slopes. The couple embrace the terroir, focussed on expressions of site over influences from oak.

Manual harvesting, passage on a vibrating sorting table, 100% destemmed, gravity vatting, cold pre-fermentation (5 to 7 days), gentle extractions by pumping over and delestage. Aged in 100% stainless steel tanks.
