"The grapes come from certified organic vineyards where environmentally friendly practices are followed. During vinification, no external agents are added that could mask the expression of the grape variety, such as tartaric or citric acid to adjust acidity, or sulfur dioxide for stabilization. This wine is produced using the Pétillant Naturel method, in which fermentation begins in tank and the wine is bottled with approximately 23 g/L of residual sugar. Fermentation then continues in bottle with native yeasts. The wine is neither fined nor filtered, which explains its characteristic turbidity. The result is a wine with an exceptionally creamy and delicate mousse."
