            [WineMakingNotes] => We cultivate the Kydonitsa variety in our privately owned vineyards organically (we have certification for our grapes) and our yiels are quite low yields are low (about 500Kg/stremma). The region of Monemvasia is warm and dry. The area enjoys high solar exposure and cool sea breezes that are beneficial during the hot summer months.
