Situated on the right bank of the Cher river, this 21 ha property is today run by Cyril Desloges, the 4th generation of winemakers in his family. Joining his father Gérard at the domaine in 1997, Cyril quickly set about replanting the family’s cereal and vegetable fields with vines, within two years expanding the vineyard holdings from 11 to 21 hectares. 40% of the land is planted with Sauvignon Blanc on clay/sand/limestone soils. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks in order to accentuate the bright aromas and fruit of the variety.
