Neal Mar..n: "The bouquet is ripe, with opulent black cherry and blueberry scents, and becomes increasingly floral in the glass. It is disarmingly pure. The palate is sweet and ripe on entry, but there`s a nice thread of acidity here, the 50% new oak neatly interwoven onto the plush, sensual finish. This is a great excuse not to buy more expensive St. Emilions. If you find a better value Saint-Émilion in 2016, let me know."
