These Terms and Conditions govern all sales of goods by TINDAL WINE MERCHANTS LTD (‘The Vendor’). By placing an order, the Buyer accepts these Terms and Conditions.

PRICES

All orders are subject to stock availability, and prices may change without prior notice.

VAT

Prices listed are exclusive of VAT, currently set at 23%.

CREDIT ACCOUNTS

Requests for a Credit Account must be submitted using the provided Application Form along with the Direct Debit Mandate. Overdue accounts will incur interest at a rate of 3% per annum above the interbank rate.

TITLE

The Vendor retains ownership of all goods supplied until payment is received in full for all sums due. In the event of non-payment by the due date, the Vendor reserves the right to enter any premises where the goods are located and repossess them. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer upon delivery.

CLAIMS

Claims for shortages, pilferage, breakage, and non-delivery must be reported to the carrier and the company within two days of receipt or three days from dispatch. Defective goods must be retained for inspection.

NATIONWIDE DELIVERIES

Free delivery will be provided for orders of a minimum of five cases.
